We completed the Autoclave Automation System for Trelleborg in partnership with Gantner Instruments Singapore. The scope covered process automation for seven autoclave machines used in rubber curing. Our team designed and implemented a monitoring platform that captures key process parameters, links them to each product and batch, and generates product-specific reports for traceability. We also delivered a real-time dashboard so operators and engineers can see live status, alarms, and cycle progress at a glance. The result is better process control, faster troubleshooting, and more reliable quality across shifts.
